Our Remanufacturing Process

1. Used Product Enters Our Process
Used product enters our facility from one of our ten docks. Packaging is inspected for damage and product is routed for disassembly.

2. Component Disassembly
Components are disassembled and pushed to the production floor for their specified cleaning process determined by you and our team of experts.

3. Wash
Using one, or several of our wash lines. Your product is cleaned according to your specifications by thermal, chemical, aqueous, or other methods.

4. Prep
Products undergo an initial inspection to ensure sufficient cleaning.

5. Machine
Products are machined to customer specification and measurement tolerances to ensure OEM reliability.

6. Inspect & Measure
Technicians test unit against current OEM Specifications.

7. Component Reassembly
Replacement parts, supplied according to customer specifications, are installed and products are reassembled. At this point, if needed, products can again be tested for compliance.
